5 Stars serves the pur­pose
This does exactly what it is designed to do, and does it well. In response to the com­plaint about it being designed for a wide door and mov­ing around when put on one that’s not so wide, it does have 2 pre-drilled holes to fas­ten it to the top of the door. In addi­tion to using these, I trimmed off the excess metal (and it is made of metal, not plas­tic) with a hack­saw so it would not ham­per the door from clos­ing. With these 2 minor mod­i­fi­ca­tions it is per­fect for hang­ing one towel and maybe a wash­cloth. I agree that 3 full-sized tow­els would be unlikely to dry if all placed on the rack at the same time while damp.

Need­less to say, I was not sat­is­fied, par­tic­u­larly at this price point.

3 Stars Attrac­tive but not a great fit
Lit­er­ally, because the over-the-door hooks are made for a wider door and cause the entire unit to move with the door. So make sure you mea­sure your door before you buy.

Also, tow­els do not dry with this rack. The tow­els in our house need to be folded in half in order to fit and three folded tow­els hang­ing next to each other will remain damp.

So, if you have a bath sit­u­a­tion that wouldn’t fall under any of the above areas go ahead and buy. It does look nice.
