4 Stars Small, Sturdy & Strong
These rare earth type mag­nets are pretty strong for their size … strong enough that they can be loaded up with sev­eral key rings with­out falling off or slid­ing down, but not so strong that they’re dif­fi­cult to remove from the fridge.

Minor nit: I wish the hooks them­selves were slightly nar­rower, because they’re a lit­tle wide for some rings, and I also wish they were a tad longer, so they could hold more and thereby take fuller advan­tage of the magnet’s strength. With a slightly nar­rower and longer hook, and a mag­net that was slightly wider, they’d be almost PERFECT.

In any case, despite these minor nits, they’re still the best I’ve found so far (as of this writ­ing any­way). I’ve since thrown away all my other hook mag­nets, and replaced them with these, exclusively.

Rec­om­mended.

5 Stars Small but effi­cient
These are small (~2 cm in diam­e­ter, with a 1 cm x 1.5 cm hook; the mag­net itself is only 1 cm in diam­e­ter.), and I wouldn’t call them “super strong,” but they are indeed strong for their size. I use them on the fridge for kitchen tow­els, and unless I force­fully jam the towel down on the hook, the unit stays in place. The brushed metal is not unat­trac­tive, as these things go, although it looks a lit­tle out of place on the white fridge.

These mag­nets are strong. They are strong enough to hold up my pothold­ers with no trou­ble at all.

The hooks are a lit­tle on the small side, so a dif­fer­ent potholder (or other items) may or may not fit.

5 Stars Really strong mag­nets
I have search end­lessly for good, strong mag­nets to hold up heav­ier items, and these are them. The hooks are a lit­tle small, but work fine. The mag­nets are super strong! Good mag­nets for the price.
