1 Star Not so warm towels
Tried this product and was very disappointed. It was the first such device I have tried and perhaps expected too much. I tried wrapping the towel every which way possible to get as much surface contact and never had anything of than a faint strip of warm towel. I should have guessed by the price that this was not going to produce a “Spa Feeling.” Amazon, as always was great in returning the product.

towel rack does not warm up very much even if left on over night or all the time. Didn’t expect it to be hot but thought it would heat up a lot more than it did.

We believe the switch was broken. It wouldn’t
make any effort to heat up.

The height of the rack allows for good air flow for two very large bath towels and a regular bath towel. Besides being wonderful to have a warm towel, this rack has reduced the mildew problem in our humid bathroom.

I received one of these towel warmers for Christmas. The towels never got above room temperature, if that. The company suggested putting more than one towel on the warmer. I tried 4 towels and a robe, acting as a coat to cover the towels. After 2 days the towels were no warmer than before. Since we did not purchase the towel warmer directly from the manufacturer, they are not willing to take it back. Also be leary of the so called testimonials on the manufacturers website. I gave a very negative review for this product about 2 months ago. It does not appear on the website. So to end this saga the towel warmer is headed to the land fill. Sorry Al Gore that is how it has to be.

Purchased the warmrails for my bathroom. I have oil rubbed bronze fixtures and have been looking for a towel warmer in that color for a couple of years. It looks really nice. It’s not bulky and large so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I would like it if it were a bit more stable. It is very light weight and therefor easy to tip over if hit the wrong way. All in all, it has made a nice addition to my bathroom and I love the fact that my towels are warm in the winter and they dry quickly after use so you don’t get the mildewy smell.

I was disappointed in the Warmrails towel warmer – my towels didn’t dry from one day to the next. Also it doesn’t have any type of automatic shut off or sensor to turn off when the items on it are dry so it just has to be either on all the time or manually turned off. It didn’t work well enough to warrant the use of electricity all day and night.

It is a great product to keep your towel dry at all times. Whoever, the main purpose of keeping the towel warm does not exist. The rails get hot, but the towel stays cold with the exception of the areas touching the rails. I don’t recommend this product if you are looking for a warm towel to dry yourself with after a shower.

Seems to heat just fine, but arrived twice in a box that was open due to faulty glue. Both racks had knicks in the finish, therefore they are damaged. For $130 I expect more.
5 Stars Lifesaver in the Tropics
After living in California for the past 45 years, we moved back to my hometown of Hilo, HI in 2006 – the wettest city in the U.S. – 135+” annually at sealevel. At our house, rainfall can exceed 200″. Humidity is very high, even on bright sunny days. Mildew grows everywhere and on everything. Towels in the bathroom NEVER dry; they’re always damp and have a musty smell…unless you have Warmrails! A neighbor tipped us off to them and now we have them in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Towels (and damp clothes) stay dry and clean and always smell fresh! Don’t expect immediate drying, but the product performs very well and we are extremely happy with them. Regardless of climate region, we feel that Warmrails should be a standard fixture in all bathrooms. They have made a world of difference in our lives!
